HighMate V40 is improved on the basis of HighMate V30. It is more advanced, not only showed by its 20% higher efficiency, but also because of the autonomous navigation system which enables an unmanned operation. On the other hand, the upgraded modular design and less consumables make it easier for maintenance as well.
HighMate V45 uses the basis of V40, with operational improvement and an optional hinge system for greater reach. The hinge system allows the robot to have a much better curvature adaptability, which can cover a minimum radius of 4 meters.
HighMate V40 Ultra is the latest hydroblasting robot developed by RobotPlusPlus. Featuring the innovative four-wheel flexbile magnetic platform design, the robot offers strong curvature adaptability, excellent obstacle crossing performance, stable attachment ability, advanced intelligence and wide range of applications. It is capable of covering over 98% of the ship hull surface preparation. Furthermore, it can be connected to a recovery pump to achieve highly efficient waste recovery, making it an all-around robotic solution.
HighMate V40E Pro is specially designed for cleaning the narrow area of the working surface, especially large flat surface area and bottom cleaning. Compared to V40E, V40E Pro has a wider cleaning dome, allowing the robot to increase its efficiency without influencing its curvature adaptability at the same time. The smaller platform allows in to go across the space between dock blocks easily, which a high cleaning efficiency up to 60 m²/hour.
HighMate Ex V10 is equipped with explosion-proof components to fit the need in oil and gas industry. Ex V10 rating is EX 11B T4 level of explosion proof grade, able to operate near active tanks using enclosed electrical drive.
